Friends, we need at least 400 signatures to get on the ballot for the February 16, 2021, Primary Election and April 6, 2021, General Election. These signatures can not be collected electronically, they must be signed on a paper nomination petition.

Sign the document with a pen. You can get others in your house or friends to sign as well. There is no minimum number of signatures per sheet. There can be 10, five, or even just one signature on a sheet. You must personally collect the signatures – don’t leave any in a break room or out for others to sign. Please make sure that each name is clearly printed.
Certify the petition by completing the bottom of the page: print your name and address, put the date on bottom, and sign. The date of certification must be on or after the last signature date for the signatures to be counted (i.e., don’t date and sign the certification until you’re done!).
